Se ha publicado una nueva versi\u00f3n de la distribuci\u00f3n Rescuezilla 1.0.6<\/a><\/noindex>, destinado a la copia de seguridad, recuperaci\u00f3n de sistemas tras fallos y diagn\u00f3stico de diversos problemas de hardware. La distribuci\u00f3n se basa en paquetes de Ubuntu y contin\u00faa el desarrollo del proyecto \u00abRedo Backup & Rescue\u00bb, cuyo desarrollo se detuvo en 2012. Rescuezilla admite la copia de seguridad y recuperaci\u00f3n de archivos eliminados accidentalmente en particiones de Linux, macOS y Windows. Realiza una b\u00fasqueda autom\u00e1tica y conexi\u00f3n a particiones de red que se pueden utilizar para almacenar copias de seguridad. La interfaz gr\u00e1fica est\u00e1 basada en el entorno de escritorio LXDE. Para descargar disponibles<\/a><\/noindex> im\u00e1genes en vivo para sistemas x86 de 32 y 64 bits (670MB). <\/p>\n

En la nueva versi\u00f3n se ha a\u00f1adido una compilaci\u00f3n separada para sistemas de 64 bits, que se ha actualizado a Ubuntu 20.04 (las compilaciones de 32 bits permanecen en Ubuntu 18.04). Se ha a\u00f1adido la capacidad de iniciar en sistemas que solo admiten EFI (incluido Secure Boot). El cargador de arranque ha sido cambiado de ISOLINUX a GRUB. Se ha mejorado la gesti\u00f3n de registros de operaciones realizadas. Como navegador web, se ha sustituido Chromium por Firefox (para evitar la vinculaci\u00f3n<\/a><\/noindex> a snap).
