Algunos usuarios de RHEL 8 y CentOS 8 se han encontrado con problemas<\/a><\/noindex> despu\u00e9s de instalar la actualizaci\u00f3n del cargador GRUB2 de ayer que solucion\u00f3 vulnerabilidad cr\u00edtica<\/a><\/noindex>. Los problemas se manifiestan en la imposibilidad de arranque tras la instalaci\u00f3n de la actualizaci\u00f3n, incluso en sistemas sin UEFI Secure Boot. <\/p>\n

En algunos sistemas (por ejemplo, HPE ProLiant XL230k Gen1 sin UEFI Secure Boot), el problema se presenta incluso en una instalaci\u00f3n nueva en configuraci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de RHEL 8.2. Despu\u00e9s de actualizar los paquetes y reiniciar, se observa que el sistema se congela y ni siquiera aparece el men\u00fa GRUB. <\/p>\n

Se observan problemas similares de arranque para RHEL 7 y CentOS 7, as\u00ed como<\/a><\/noindex> para Ubuntu . Los usuarios deben considerar esperar a que se aclare la situaci\u00f3n antes de instalar actualizaciones relacionadas con GRUB2, y en caso de tener problemas de arranque despu\u00e9s de la actualizaci\u00f3n \u2014<\/a><\/noindex> y Debian<\/a><\/noindex>.
