Est\u00e1 disponible la versi\u00f3n SystemRescue 8.0.0, una distribuci\u00f3n Live especializada basada en Arch Linux, dise\u00f1ada para la recuperaci\u00f3n del sistema tras un fallo. Se utiliza el entorno gr\u00e1fico Xfce. El tama\u00f1o de la imagen ISO \u2014 708 MB (amd64, i686). <\/p>\n

Entre los cambios funcionales en esta nueva versi\u00f3n se menciona la actualizaci\u00f3n del entorno de escritorio Xfce a la rama 4.16, la inclusi\u00f3n del n\u00facleo Linux 5.10 y la incorporaci\u00f3n del paquete paperkey, destinado a la impresi\u00f3n de claves privadas. El paquete exfat-utils ha sido reemplazado por un nuevo conjunto de utilidades llamado exfatprogs, creado despu\u00e9s de la aceptaci\u00f3n del controlador exFAT en el n\u00facleo de Linux. Se han actualizado las versiones de parted 3.4, gparted 1.2.0, btrfs-progs 5.10.1, xfsprogs 5.10.0, e2fsprogs 1.46.2, nwipe 0.30, dislocker 0.7.3, fsarchiver 0.8.6, Python 3.9.2.
