El proyecto OpenBSD ha publicado una edici\u00f3n port\u00e1til del paquete LibreSSL 3.2.5, en el que se desarrolla un fork de OpenSSL, dise\u00f1ado para proporcionar un mayor nivel de seguridad. En la nueva versi\u00f3n se ha corregido un error en la implementaci\u00f3n del cliente TLS, que provoca el acceso a un bloque de memoria ya liberado (use-after-free) durante la operaci\u00f3n de reanudaci\u00f3n de sesi\u00f3n. Los desarrolladores de OpenBSD han reconocido que el error conduce a una vulnerabilidad, pero se han abstenido de publicar detalles, limit\u00e1ndose \u00fanicamente al parche. Por el momento, no hay informaci\u00f3n sobre la posibilidad de organizar un ataque remoto.
