
Olen juba mitu aastat ülikoolis toetanud 10 tööjaama, mis töötavad Microsoft Windows 8.1 operatsioonisüsteemil. Toetuse peamine sisu seisneb vajalike õppeprotsessiks mõeldud tarkvarade installimises ja üldise töökindluse tagamises.
Igal jaamal on 2 kasutajat: Admin ja Üliõpilane. Administraatoril on täielik haldusõigus, üliõpilasel ei ole tarkvara installimise õigust. Kuna ma ei soovi üliõpilase kontot pidevalt puhastada, kustutatakse see konto täielikult ja luuakse uuesti. See toob kaasa mõned toimingud, mida tuleb iga jaama juures teha.
Sel aastal otsustasin enamikku toimingutest automatiseerida PowerShelliga, ilma ActiveDirectoryta, ja kogusin selle postituse jaoks mõned retseptid, mida leidsin internetist.
