USF arhitektuuri t\u00fc\u00fcpelementide spetsifikatsiooni ja rakenduse mustand on avaldatud GitHubis.      <\/p>\n<p> USF-l on modulaarsus struktuur, mis ei ole seotud spetsiifiliste lahendustega ning v\u00f5imaldab kasutada erinevaid olemasolevaid projekte, mis realiseerivad seadmete initsialiseerimise ja bootimise etappe, nagu UEFI TianoCore EDK2 stack, minimalistlik Slim Bootloaderi p\u00fcsivara, U-Booti laadija ja CoreBooti platvorm. K\u00e4ivitaja leidmiseks ja operatsioonis\u00fcsteemi haldamiseks rakendatavad payload-ide keskkonnad v\u00f5ivad olla UEFI liides, LinuxBoot kiht (otsene Linuxi tuuma laadimine), VaultBoot (verifitseeritud laadimine) ja ACRN h\u00fcperviisor. Operatsioonis\u00fcsteemidele pakutakse standardseid liideseid, nagu ACPI, UEFI, Kexec ja Multi-boot.      <\/p>\n<p>USF eraldab eraldi kihid seadmete (FSP, Firmware Support Package) toetamiseks, mis suhtleb universaalse ja kohandatava platvormi orkestreerimise kihiga (POL, Platform Orchestration Layer) l\u00e4bi \u00fchise API. FSP abstraheerib selliseid toiminguid nagu CPU taask\u00e4ivitamine, seadmete initsialiseerimine, SMM (System Management Mode) haldamine, autentimine ja verifitseerimine SoC tasemel. Orkestreerimise kiht lihtsustab ACPI liideste loomist, toetab standardsete laadijate raamatukogusid, v\u00f5imaldab Rusti keele kasutamist kaitstud p\u00fcsivara komponentide loomisel ja annab v\u00f5imaluse m\u00e4\u00e4rata konfiguratsiooni YAML markeerimiskeele abil.
