Haavatavus m\u00f5jutab AMD EPYC protsessoreid esimesest kuni kolmanda p\u00f5lvkonnani.       <\/p>\n<p>AMD EPYC kolmanda p\u00f5lvkonna (Zen 3) protsessorite probleem lahendati eile v\u00e4lja antud novembrikuu mikroprogrammi uuenduses, mille on v\u00e4lja andnud AMD (parandamine ei too kaasa j\u00f5udluse langust). AMD SEV kaitse on rakendatud virtuaalmasinate m\u00e4lude riistvaralise kr\u00fcpteerimise kaudu. Lisaks tagab SEV-ES (Encrypted State) laiendus CPU registrite kaitse. Ainult praegusel k\u00fclalisoperatsioonis\u00fcsteemil on juurdep\u00e4\u00e4s dekr\u00fcpteeritud andmetele, teised <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/et\/vps\/abuzoustojchivye-vps\/\"   title=\"virtuaalmasinaid\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"4223\">virtuaalmasinaid<\/a> ja h\u00fcperviisor saavad, kui nad \u00fcritavad sellele m\u00e4lule juurde p\u00e4\u00e4seda, kr\u00fcpteeritud andmeformaadi.       <\/p>\n<p>Kolmandas AMD EPYC protsessorite p\u00f5lvkonnas on rakendatud t\u00e4iendav SEV-SNP (Secure Nested Paging) laiendus, mis tagab turvalise t\u00f6\u00f6 sisem\u00e4lu lehtede tabelitega. SEV-SNP sisaldab lisaks \u00fcldisele m\u00e4lu kr\u00fcptimisele ja registrite isolatsioonile ka t\u00e4iendavaid vahendeid m\u00e4lu terviklikkuse kaitsmiseks, takistades h\u00fcperviisori muudatusi VM-is. Kr\u00fcptimisv\u00f5tmete haldamine toimub kiibi sisse ehitatud eraldi protsessori PSP (Platform Security Processor) kaudu, mis on rakendatud ARM-i arhitektuuri p\u00f5hjal.     <\/p>\n<p>Pakutud r\u00fcnnaku meetodi sisu on kasutada INVD k\u00e4sku m\u00e4\u00e4ratud lehtede mustade (dirty) vahem\u00e4lu plokkide (rea) t\u00fchistamiseks ilma vahem\u00e4lu andmete kirjutamiseta m\u00e4lu (write-back). Seega v\u00f5imaldab meetod muuta muutunud andmeid vahem\u00e4lus, ilma et m\u00e4lu olek muutuks.
