Probleem seisneb selles, et Neigle algoritmis on ACK-paketi vastuv\u00f5tt signaaliks akumuleeritud andmete saatmiseks, ja kui ACK-pakett ei j\u00f5ua, toimub saatmine ajavahemiku m\u00f6\u00f6dudes.
