Suur osa meie meeskonnast on disainerid ja on lihtne aimata, kui keeruline on j\u00e4lgida iga\u00fcht neist, arendada neid \u00f5igeaegselt ja korraldada. <\/p>\n<p>Disaineri arenduss\u00fcsteemi aluseks on tema olemasolevate oskuste digitaalne hindamine. \u00dcldise pildi saamiseks k\u00fcsitlesime oma disainereid, kuidas nad t\u00f5eliselt tunnevad oma positsioone ja kuidas nad n\u00e4evad oma edasist arengut. Kui viis aastat tagasi v\u00f5isid nad pretendeerida kunstijuhiks v\u00e4iksemas ettev\u00f5ttes, siis n\u00fc\u00fcd ei oleks nad toote meeskonnas enam efektiivsed. <\/p>\n<p>Selles etapis on meil vaja \"\u00e4ra arvata\" spetsialisti t\u00f5eline tase ja v\u00f5rrelda seda meie v\u00f5imekusega teda t\u00f5husalt arendada. Selleks koostame tema oskuste kaardi. <\/p>\n<p>Vaadake, kuidas on sarnane oskuste kogum Figma meeskonnas \u00fcles ehitatud. Meeskonnaga s\u00fcnkroniseerimine<\/h2>\n<p>\nReeglina on meil vaid kolm kuud, et inimene t\u00f6\u00f6le s\u00fcveneda, meie protsessidega s\u00fcnkroniseerida ja kogutud teadmisi edasi anda. M\u00f5nikord sisaldab see etapp ka operatiivset hard-skillide arendamist, kui on vajalik teatud tarkvara tundmine. <\/p>\n<p>Sellel etapil on v\u00e4ga oluline mitte ainult edastada k\u00f5ik artefaktid ja jagada kasulikke artikleid, vaid ka suunata disainer protsessidesse ja tagada mugav koost\u00f6\u00f6 meeskonnas. Kolme kuu m\u00f6\u00f6dudes saame alustada t\u00f6\u00f6taja tugevuste uurimist tavap\u00e4rases t\u00f6\u00f6keskkonnas. <\/p>\n<h2>Etapp 3.
