Algandmete osas eelistati avatud andmeid, peamiselt OSM-ilt. Uurimist\u00f6\u00f6d tehti 40 objekti territooriumil Euroopa osa Venemaa territooriumist, mille kogupindala on 1,8 miljonit km\u00b2.<br \/>\n<noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" name=\"habracut\"><\/a><\/noindex><br \/>\n<b>M\u00f5ned \u00fclesanded, mida potentsiaalide meetod lahendab:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e4\u00e4ratlus <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/habr.com\/ru\/post\/446222\/\">punkihinnangute kogum<\/a><\/noindex> igal territooriumi punktis, mis annab \u00fclevaate territooriumi arengutasemest \u00fcldiselt ja teatud erialal konkreetselt. Artiklis on kirjeldatud territooriumi anal\u00fc\u00fcsi meetodeid uues mastaabis - linnade, maakondade ja ringkondade koondamist \u00fcheks ruumiks.<\/p>\n<p><b>Peamised uurimismeetodid: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kasutatakse avatud ruumilist teavet, eelk\u00f5ige OSM-i, ja selle t\u00f6\u00f6tlemise meetodeid.<\/li>\n<li>Eri iseloomuga objektide m\u00f5ju arvestamiseks territooriumile kasutatakse <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/habr.com\/ru\/post\/446222\/\">potentsiaalide meetodit<\/a><\/noindex>.<\/li>\n<li>Probleemi m\u00f5\u00f5tmete v\u00e4hendamiseks ja mudelite kvaliteedi parandamiseks kasutatakse <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/ru.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%D0%9C%D0%B5%D1%82%D0%BE%D0%B4_%D0%B3%D0%BB%D0%B0%D0%B2%D0%BD%D1%8B%D1%85_%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%BC%D0%BF%D0%BE%D0%BD%D0%B5%D0%BD%D1%82\">peamiste komponentide meetodit<\/a><\/noindex>.<\/li>\n<li>Lineaarsete mudelite arvutamiseks kasutatakse &lt;a href=&quot;<noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/ru.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%D0%9C%D0%B5%D1%82\">ru.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/\u041c\u0435\u0442<\/a><\/noindex>\u2022 Anal\u00fc\u00fcsiks rakendatakse <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/ru.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%D0%9C%D0%B5%D1%82%D0%BE%D0%B4_k-%D1%81%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%B4%D0%BD%D0%B8%D1%85\">klasterdamise meetodeid<\/a><\/noindex>, mis v\u00f5imaldavad m\u00e4\u00e4ratleda \u00fchtlasi piirkondi. Iga klastrite jaoks luuakse oma mudel, ja klastrite piiridel \u00fchendatakse mudelid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nUuring viidi l\u00e4bi Venemaa f\u00f6deraalse subjektide tasemel ja suurte linnade tasemel, j\u00e4rgneva nende koondamisega.<\/p>\n<p>Esiteks tutvustame uuringu algoritmi ja tulemusi Venemaa F\u00f6deratsiooni piirkondade puhul \u2013 Volga F\u00f6deraalringkond, Kesk-F\u00f6deraalringkond, L\u00f5una-F\u00f6deraalringkond, Loode-F\u00f6deraalringkond ja osa Uuralitest, mist\u00f5ttu uuringu kogupindala kokku oli umbes 1,8 miljonit ruutkilomeetrit.<\/p>\n<p><b>Uuringutehnoloogia kirjeldus:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Algsete andmete kogumine avatud andmeallikatest (meie eelistus on OpenStreetMap) igas Venemaa F\u00f6deratsiooni piirkonnas. Algne teave allalaaditakse maksimaalse m\u00f5juri radiuse Rmax korral (n\u00e4iteks meie puhul oli maksimaalne m\u00f5juraadius 50 km, st allalaadime teavet 50 km vahemikus).<\/li>\n<li>Mustri <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/habr.com\/ru\/post\/455048\/\">ehitamine<\/a><\/noindex> teostatakse selgelt Venemaa F\u00f6deratsiooni piirkonna piirides (sel uuringul on mudeli samm 1 kilomeeter), ning m\u00f5jufaktorite jagamise protseduur fragmentideks edasiseks potentsiaalide arvutamiseks toimub arvestades ehitatud puhvertsooni, et arvestada m\u00f5jufaktorite m\u00f5ju piirkonna piiril.<\/li>\n<li>Potentsiaalide <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/habr.com\/ru\/post\/446222\/\">arvutamine<\/a><\/noindex> ja arvutustulemuste t\u00e4itmine v\u00f5rgu s\u00f5lmedes toimub Venemaa F\u00f6deratsiooni piirkonna piires. <\/li>\n<li>Venemaa subjektide \u00fchendamine \u00fchte projekti. See t\u00e4hendab, et praegu \u00fchendame k\u00f5ik varasematel etappidel iga subjekti jaoks loodud v\u00f5rgud \u00fcheks. Moskva)<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Esitatud piltidel on selgelt n\u00e4ha Venemaa f\u00f6deratsiooni subjektide keskused, kuid samaaegselt v\u00f5ib m\u00e4rkida, et teatud \u00fchtsed piirkonnad (\u00fchtse v\u00e4rviga esile t\u00f5stetud alad) esinevad praktiliselt igas subjektis. Teisis\u00f5nu, need \u00fchtsed (t\u00e4htsuse poolest) territooriumid erinevates subjektides on k\u00f5ige atraktiivsemad nii investeeringute kui ka muude plaanide osas.<\/p>\n<p>Uuringu j\u00e4rgmine etapp oli Venemaa Euroopa osa subjektide edetabelite koostamine, mis on esitatud allpool tabelites. <\/p>\n<p>Koostatud reitingud n\u00e4itavad parimat ruutkilomeetrit, parimaid 100 ruutkilomeetrit ja parimaid 20 000 ruutkilomeetrit. Tuleb m\u00e4rkida, et see ei t\u00e4henda kindlat territooriumi, mille suurus on 1, 100 v\u00f5i 20 000 ruutkilomeetrit, vaid kogum v\u00f5rgus\u00f5lmedest (anal\u00fc\u00fcsipunktidest), mis on \u00fcles ehitatud subjekti, millel on parimad integreeritud omadused, st need s\u00f5lmed v\u00f5ivad paikneda territooriumil kaootiliselt, nagu subjekti RF.<\/p>\n<p>Tabel 1. Tuleb aga t\u00e4hele panna, et reiting on 'ujuv', s\u00f5ltuvalt uurimismahust (Venemaa subjektid vahetavad omavahel kohti), st parimate s\u00f5lmede komplekti m\u00f5jutab, mida me kaalume - 1 ruutkilomeetrit, 100 ruutkilomeetrit v\u00f5i 20 000 ruutkilomeetrit. <\/p>\n<p>Lahendades sellist \u00fclesannet Venemere subjekti keskustele (oleme valinud 40 suurimat ja suuremat keskust), m\u00e4\u00e4rame ruudustiku suuruseks 100 meetrit ja saame j\u00e4rgmised tulemused.<\/p>\n<p>Tabel 4.
