Seet\u00f5ttu ei ole v\u00f5imalik saavutada siin PUE koefitsienti 1,5\u20132 nagu kaasaegsetes andmekeskustes. Inimestele on vajalik k\u00fctmine, valgustus, jahutus, nad kasutavad mikrolaineahi, s\u00f5idavad liftidega ja k\u00e4ivitavad pidevalt kohvimasinaid. Talvel vajavad kontorid k\u00fctmist, suvel jahutamist. Seet\u00f5ttu langeb konditsioneerimise ja k\u00fcttepinkide osakaal rohkem kui poolele k\u00f5igist energiakulusid. Kuid ka muu tehnika ja valgustus annavad m\u00e4rkimisv\u00e4\u00e4rse panuse igakuistesse kulude arvestustesse, mida soovides saab v\u00e4hendada k\u00fcmnete protsentideni.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Konditsioneerid ja k\u00fctte seadmed v\u00f5ivad t\u00f6\u00f6tada pidevalt, kuid see pole m\u00f5istlik, kui kontoris kedagi ei ole, n\u00e4iteks \u00f6\u00f6sel v\u00f5i n\u00e4dalavahetustel.
