Kluster on jagatud kahe asukoha \u2013 OST ja NORD \u2013 vahel, st igas andmekeskuses on identne seadmete komplekt. See kaitseb klienti \u00fcksikute riist- ja tarkvara t\u00f5rgete eest. Katastroofikindel lahendus aitab kaitsta massiliste t\u00f5rgete eest \u00fche asukoha piires: n\u00e4iteks salvestusseadmest (v\u00f5i SDS klastrist, mis ei ole haruldane \ud83d\ude42), massilised vead salvestusv\u00f5rgus ja muu sarnane. Ning k\u00f5ige t\u00e4htsam: selline pilv p\u00e4\u00e4stab, kui terve asukoht muutub k\u00e4ttesaamatuks tulekahju, elektrikatkestuse, r\u00f6\u00f6vimise v\u00f5i v\u00e4lismaalaste sissetungi t\u00f5ttu. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5igil neil juhtudel j\u00e4tkavad kliendi virtuaalsed masinad t\u00f6\u00f6tamist, ja siin on p\u00f5hjus. <\/p>\n<p>Klastri skeem on korraldatud nii, et igasugune ESXi host, millel on kliendi virtuaalsed masinad, saab p\u00f6\u00f6rduda \u00fche kahe salvestusseadmest. Igas asukohas t\u00f6\u00f6tab Provider Edge (PE), kus kliendi v\u00f5rgud l\u00f5petatakse. PE-d on \u00fchendatud \u00fchiseks klastriks. Kui \u00fches asukohas PE eba\u00f5nnestub, suunatakse kogu liiklus teisele asukohale. Selle tulemusena j\u00e4\u00e4vad virtuaalsed masinad asukohast, kus PE-d pole, kliendi jaoks v\u00f5rgu kaudu k\u00e4ttesaadavaks. <\/p>\n<p>Vaadakem n\u00fc\u00fcd, mis juhtub kliendi virtuaalmasinatega erinevate t\u00f5rgete korral. Sellisel juhul kaotavad selle platvormi ESXi hostid k\u00f5ik \u00fchendused oma k\u00f5vakettaseadmetega. T\u00f6\u00f6le astub standardne VMware vSphere HA mehhanism: ta taask\u00e4ivitab k\u00f5ik virtuaalmasinad OST platvormil maksimaalselt 140 sekundi p\u00e4rast NORD-is. <\/p>\n<p>Platvormi NORD hostides t\u00f6\u00f6tavad virtuaalmasinad normaalselt.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Katastroofikindel pilv: kuidas see toimib\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/c7a129691cd4d6c161e165fd55607206.jpeg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\n<br \/>\n<b>ESXi host eba\u00f5nnestub \u00fchel platvormil. <\/b>Siin katkestab taas vSphere HA mehhanism: rikke saanud hosti virtuaalmasinad taask\u00e4ivituvad teistel hostidel \u2013 kas samal v\u00f5i kaugemal platvormil. Virtuaalmasina taask\u00e4ivitamise aeg \u2013 kuni 1 minut. <\/p>\n<p>Kui k\u00f5ik OST platvormi ESXi hostid eba\u00f5nnestuvad, siis siin ei ole valikuid: virtuaalmasinad taask\u00e4ivituvad teisel platvormil. Siis l\u00fclituvad OST platvormi ESXi hostid \u00fcle replikatsioonide kasutamisele NORD-is. Virtuaalmasina taask\u00e4ivitamise aeg on 140 sekundit.
