Kui SIM-kaart on aktiivne ja sellel on positiivne saldo, peetakse seadet automaatselt seaduslikuks ning see ei tekita s\u00fcsteemide avastamise tasandil kahtlusi. Samas muudab SIM-kaardi enda haavatavus kogu tuvastamiss\u00fcsteemi haavatavaks.
