P\u00e4rast tehnilise komitee kinnitamist sai ODF 1.3 spetsifikatsioon &#171;Committee Specification&#187; staatuse, mis t\u00e4hendab t\u00f6\u00f6 t\u00e4ielikku l\u00f5petamist, spetsifikatsiooni tulevast muutumatust ja dokumendi valmisolekut kolmandate osapoolte arendamiseks ja ettev\u00f5tete kasutamiseks. J\u00e4rgmiseks etapiks on esitatud spetsifikatsiooni kinnitamine OASIS ja ISO\/IEC standardiks.<\/p>\n<p>OpenDocument 1.3 peamised erinevused varasemast spetsifikatsiooni redaktsioonist on uute v\u00f5imaluste lisamine dokumentide kaitseks, n\u00e4iteks dokumentide autentimine digitaalallkirjaga ja sisu kr\u00fcpteerimine OpenPGP v\u00f5tmete abil. Uues versioonis on samuti t\u00e4psustatud s\u00f5nastusi ja laiendatud m\u00f5ningaid juba olemasolevaid v\u00f5imalusi, n\u00e4iteks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Pol\u00fcnoomse ja <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/ru.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%D0%A1%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%BB%D1%8C%D0%B7%D1%8F%D1%89%D0%B0%D1%8F_%D1%81%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%B4%D0%BD%D1%8F%D1%8F\">liugurdi keskmise<\/a><\/noindex> regressiooni toetuse lisamine diagrammide jaoks;\n<li class=\"l\"> Lisatud t\u00e4iendavad numbrite vormindamise meetodid;\n<li class=\"l\"> Lisatud eraldi t\u00fc\u00fcpi p\u00e4ise ja jaluse jaoks pealkirjale;\n<li class=\"l\"> M\u00e4\u00e4ratletud paragrahvide vahede seadistamise vahendid konteksti p\u00f5hjal;\n<li class=\"l\"> Pakutud t\u00e4iendavaid argumendisid funktsioonile WEEKDAY;\n<li class=\"l\"> Lisatud uus mallit\u00fc\u00fcp dokumendi p\u00f5hiteksti jaoks.\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p>ODF on XML-p\u00f5hine, rakendustest ja platvormidest s\u00f5ltumatu failiformaat dokumentide salvestamiseks, mis sisaldavad teksti, arvutustabeleid, diagramme ja graafilisi elemente. Spetsifikatsioonid sisaldavad n\u00f5udeid selliste dokumentide lugemise, kirjutamise ja t\u00f6\u00f6tlemise korraldamiseks rakendustes. ODF standardit on v\u00f5imalik kasutada dokumentide loomiseks, redigeerimiseks, vaatamiseks, vahetamiseks ja arhiveerimiseks, mis v\u00f5ivad olla tekstidokumendid, esitlused, arvutustabelid, rastergraafika, vektorjoonised, skeemid ja muud sisu t\u00fc\u00fcbid. <\/p>\n<p>Spetsifikatsioonid koosnevad neljast osast:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\"
