La version Live de NomadBSD 130R-20210508 est disponible. Il s'agit d'une \u00e9dition de FreeBSD adapt\u00e9e pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e comme bureau portable, charg\u00e9e depuis une cl\u00e9 USB. L'environnement graphique est bas\u00e9 sur le gestionnaire de fen\u00eatres Openbox. Pour le montage des supports, DSBMD est utilis\u00e9 (le montage de CD9660, FAT, HFS+, NTFS, Ext2\/3\/4 est pris en charge). La taille de l'image d'installation est de 2,4 Go (x86_64). <\/p>\n
Dans cette nouvelle version, l'environnement de base a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 jour vers FreeBSD 13.0. Un nouveau sch\u00e9ma d'attribution des num\u00e9ros de version a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9, correspondant au format FFfX-YYYYMMDD, o\u00f9 \u00ab FFf \u00bb refl\u00e8te le num\u00e9ro de la version de base de FreeBSD, \u00ab X \u00bb indique le type de version (ALPHA \u2014 A, BETA \u2014 B, RELEASE \u2014 R) et YYYYMMDD inclut la date de compilation.
