Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, le projet offrait la possibilit\u00e9 d'utiliser Mercurial ou Git \u00e0 la discr\u00e9tion des d\u00e9veloppeurs, mais Mercurial \u00e9tait principalement utilis\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9p\u00f4t principal. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le maintien de deux syst\u00e8mes repr\u00e9sente une charge consid\u00e9rable pour les \u00e9quipes responsables de l'infrastructure, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 \u00e0 l'avenir de se limiter \u00e0 l'utilisation de Git pour le d\u00e9veloppement. Mozilla continuera cependant d'utiliser les services Bugzilla, moz-phab, Phabricator et Lando.    <\/p>\n<p>La migration vers Git devrait prendre au moins 6 mois. La transition se d\u00e9roulera en deux phases :  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\">  Lors de la premi\u00e8re phase, le d\u00e9p\u00f4t principal du projet sera transf\u00e9r\u00e9 de Mercurial \u00e0 Git, et le support de Mercurial sera \u00e9galement supprim\u00e9 sur les ordinateurs des d\u00e9veloppeurs. \u00c0 ce stade, Git sera utilis\u00e9 localement sur les syst\u00e8mes des d\u00e9veloppeurs, et l'utilisation de moz-phab pour la soumission des patchs pour r\u00e9vision se poursuivra. Tous les changements seront d'abord plac\u00e9s dans le d\u00e9p\u00f4t Git, puis transf\u00e9r\u00e9s dans l'infrastructure existante de Mercurial.\n<li class=\"l\"> Au cours de la deuxi\u00e8me phase, Mercurial sera progressivement remplac\u00e9 par Git dans l'infrastructure du projet, \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape.
