Apt-mirror2 peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme un remplacement transparent de l'outil apt-mirror, qui n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 jour depuis 2017. La principale diff\u00e9rence avec apt-mirror2 est l'utilisation du langage Python avec la biblioth\u00e8que asyncio (le code original de apt-mirror \u00e9tait \u00e9crit en Perl), ainsi que l'application d'une v\u00e9rification d'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes de la mise en miroir pour \u00e9viter tout dysfonctionnement du miroir.
