Cela peut \u00e9viter des situations o\u00f9, en raison d'une panne mat\u00e9rielle ou pour une autre raison, une partie des blocs est enregistr\u00e9e pendant qu'une autre partie contient d'anciennes informations. L'activation du mode d'\u00e9criture atomique se fait via l'appel syst\u00e8me pwritev() auquel un drapeau RWF_ATOMIC a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Lev\u00e9e de l'interdiction d'\u00e9criture dans les fichiers ex\u00e9cutables associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des processus en cours. Auparavant, lors d'une tentative d'\u00e9criture dans un fichier ex\u00e9cutable d'un processus en cours, le noyau renvoyait une erreur.<\/li>\n<li>Ajout de la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper des pilotes de p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques de blocs en langage Rust. Comme exemple, un pilote rnull a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9 au noyau, correspondant au pilote null_blk, \u00e9crit en Rust. Les changements de la branche Rust-for-Linux, concernant l'utilisation de Rust comme second langage de d\u00e9veloppement pour les pilotes et modules du noyau, ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 poursuivis (la prise en charge de Rust n'est pas activ\u00e9e par d\u00e9faut et n'implique pas que Rust devienne une d\u00e9pendance de compilation obligatoire pour le noyau).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>
