Les membres du r\u00e9seau peuvent se trouver gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des trackers BitTorrent ou BitTorrent DHT, ou \u00e0 travers d'autres participants (\u00e9change de pairs). L'application est une alternative gratuite et open source \u00e0 VPN Hamachi, \u00e9crite en Java (avec certains composants en C) et distribu\u00e9e sous la licence GNU LGPL 3.0. Elle prend en charge les syst\u00e8mes Windows, GNU\/Linux et FreeBSD.    <\/p>\n<p>Modifications dans la version 0.12 :  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Pour le chiffrement pair-\u00e0-pair, l'algorithme AES-128-GCM a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9. En raison du changement d'algorithme de chiffrement, la nouvelle version de l'application ne pourra pas interagir avec les versions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.
