Le d\u00e9veloppement de la biblioth\u00e8que est soutenu par le projet <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/kiwix.org\">Kiwix<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><\/noindex><\/noindex> <\/p>\n<p>ZIM est un format con\u00e7u pour le stockage hors ligne des informations obtenues sur Internet sous la forme d'un seul fichier. Un fichier ZIM contient de mani\u00e8re compress\u00e9e des pages HTML logiquement li\u00e9es entre elles (et parfois m\u00eame des copies enti\u00e8res de sites) avec des hyperliens fonctionnels, des images, du son et de la vid\u00e9o.<\/p>\n<p> <noindex><\/p>\n<p>Le projet Kiwix d\u00e9veloppe un ensemble d'outils en ligne de commande <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/openzim\/zim-tools\">zim-tools<\/a>, <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/kiwix\/kiwix-desktop\">des clients de bureau<\/a> et <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/kiwix\/kiwix-android\">mobiles<\/a> et des scripts <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/openzim\/mwoffliner\">pour cr\u00e9er des fichiers ZIM \u00e0 partir de dumps de projets Wikimedia<\/a> ou <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/openzim\/zimit\">\u00e0 partir de HTML<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><\/noindex> <noindex><\/p>\n<p>La biblioth\u00e8que libzim est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9e dans le fork du dictionnaire GoldenDict \u2013 <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/xiaoyifang\/goldendict-ng\">GoldenDict-NG<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><\/noindex> <\/p>\n<p>Voici une liste succincte des fonctionnalit\u00e9s de la biblioth\u00e8que :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cr\u00e9ation de fichiers ZIM avec compression des donn\u00e9es au format Zstandard (auparavant, les formats ZIP, LZMA et Bzip2 \u00e9taient \u00e9galement support\u00e9s) ;<\/li>\n<li>recherche par titres des articles ;<\/li>\n<li>prise en charge optionnelle de <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/xapian.org\/\">Xapian<\/a> pour la recherche en texte int\u00e9gral.
