Pour cette raison, il souhaite transmettre la gestion du projet \u00e0 des d\u00e9veloppeurs qui ont le temps et l'\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaires pour travailler sur Ubuntu MATE.        <\/p>\n<p>Ubuntu MATE reste toujours sur la branche MATE 1.26, form\u00e9e en 2021, et pr\u00e9sente des probl\u00e8mes non r\u00e9solus ainsi qu'un manque de d\u00e9veloppeurs. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas attribuer le statut LTS \u00e0 la version d'Ubuntu MATE 26.04, et la publication de la version est incertaine \u2014 malgr\u00e9 le d\u00e9but des tests b\u00eata d'Ubuntu 26.10, les versions b\u00eata d'Ubuntu MATE 26.04 ne sont toujours pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9es.
