Le mus\u00e9e est con\u00e7u comme une image d'une machine virtuelle sous Linux, avec une s\u00e9lection d'\u00e9mulateurs et une interface graphique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e pour naviguer dans la collection disponible. L'utilisateur peut explorer chaque syst\u00e8me d'exploitation en direct, en le lan\u00e7ant dans un \u00e9mulateur. Le mus\u00e9e est bas\u00e9 sur une collection d'\u00e9mulateurs rassembl\u00e9e par l'auteur du projet depuis 2003.     <\/p>\n<p>Deux versions sont disponibles au t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement : une compl\u00e8te (121 Go zip), incluant toute la collection d'environ 1700 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/fr\/vps\/\" title=\"machines virtuelles\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">machines virtuelles<\/a>, couvrant plus de 250 plates-formes et 570 syst\u00e8mes d'exploitation, et une version all\u00e9g\u00e9e (14 Go), contenant uniquement le syst\u00e8me Linux, un installateur, un ensemble d'\u00e9mulateurs et une application graphique pour le chargement dynamique des images syst\u00e8me s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es. Le chargement de la machine virtuelle est compatible avec QEMU, VirtualBox et UTM.     <\/p>\n<p>Tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la collection sont pr\u00e9configur\u00e9s et pr\u00eats pour un lancement d'introduction. La restauration des environnements avec des syst\u00e8mes d'exploitation test\u00e9s \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat d'origine est prise en charge pour r\u00e9tablir le fonctionnement en cas de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration du syst\u00e8me lors d'exp\u00e9rimentations. L'application graphique, les scripts et les m\u00e9tadonn\u00e9es sont distribu\u00e9s sous la licence CC-BY-NC-SA, permettant une utilisation \u00e0 des fins non commerciales.      <\/p>\n<p>Le plus ancien exemplaire de la collection date de 1948 (ordinateur Manchester Baby).
