Le projet SoLo a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9, permettant aux programmes Linux enti\u00e8rement statiques, compil\u00e9s avec musl, de charger via dlopen() les biblioth\u00e8ques glibc install\u00e9es sur le syst\u00e8me, notamment les pilotes GPU. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la compilation statique est incompatible avec les pilotes Vulkan et OpenGL, qui sont fournis par les distributions sous forme de biblioth\u00e8ques partag\u00e9es, compil\u00e9es avec glibc. SoLo l\u00e8ve cette restriction gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un chargeur ELF int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans le fichier ex\u00e9cutable et \u00e0 un interm\u00e9diaire qui traduit les appels glibc en runtime musl du processus \u2014 glibc lui-m\u00eame n'est pas charg\u00e9 dans le processus, il n'y a pas de second libc dans le processus. Le code est \u00e9crit en C++ et est distribu\u00e9 sous la licence MIT. <\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9p\u00f4t contient un exemple illustratif : un fichier ex\u00e9cutable statique, qui ne poss\u00e8de ni interpr\u00e9teur, ni section dynamique, trouve le pilote install\u00e9 sur le syst\u00e8me de mani\u00e8re standard pour Vulkan, le charge avec ses d\u00e9pendances, ex\u00e9cute un shader de calcul et enregistre le r\u00e9sultat au format PNG. Dans le cadre d'une int\u00e9gration continue, l'exemple est v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 sur Alpine, Fedora et Ubuntu avec les paquets Lavapipe des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts standards de ces distributions. Cette approche est d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9e en pratique \u2014 elle sert \u00e0 former des builds de release de l'\u00e9mulateur de terminal Shitty.
