Le projet, qui existe depuis 1993, est la plus ancienne distribution encore en activit\u00e9. Les caract\u00e9ristiques de cette distribution incluent l'absence de complications et un syst\u00e8me d'initialisation simple, ce qui rend Slackware int\u00e9ressant pour \u00e9tudier le fonctionnement des syst\u00e8mes Unix-like, effectuer des exp\u00e9riences et d\u00e9couvrir Linux. Un image d'installation de 5,3 Go (x86_64) est disponible, ainsi qu'une version de 6,1 Go pour le mode Live. <\/p>\n
