La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Canonical a publi\u00e9 une version pr\u00e9liminaire du syst\u00e8me de reconnaissance vocale Myna et des outils de saisie vocale qui en d\u00e9coulent, int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans Ubuntu. Des compilations pr\u00eates \u00e0 l'emploi sont disponibles pour Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Ubuntu 26.04 LTS et Ubuntu 26.10 dans des paquets pour les architectures amd64 et amd64v3. L'application fonctionne dans des environnements GNOME utilisant le protocole Wayland. Pour la reconnaissance vocale, des mod\u00e8les d'IA tels que Whisper, Parakeet ou Funasr peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s, s'ex\u00e9cutant localement et prenant en charge diff\u00e9rentes langues.<\/p>\n

Pour l'int\u00e9gration avec le bureau, un compl\u00e9ment pour GNOME Shell a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 : Myna Shell. L'entr\u00e9e vocale est activ\u00e9e par la combinaison de touches Super+J, apr\u00e8s quoi vous pouvez dicter du texte \u00e0 voix haute et appuyer \u00e0 nouveau sur Super+J pour mettre fin \u00e0 la session de dict\u00e9e. Le texte dict\u00e9 est ins\u00e9r\u00e9 dans l'application actuelle par le biais d'une simulation de saisie au clavier. <\/p>\n

Une section a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9e au configurateur pour r\u00e9gler la combinaison de touches d'activation, indiquer le d\u00e9marrage\/arr\u00eat de la reconnaissance, l'arr\u00eat automatique apr\u00e8s un certain temps de silence et le mode de substitution de texte (au fur et \u00e0 mesure ou d'un coup \u00e0 la fin de la dict\u00e9e), ainsi que le choix du mod\u00e8le d'IA. Un moteur pour l'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration mat\u00e9rielle de l'ex\u00e9cution des mod\u00e8les de reconnaissance vocale sur les syst\u00e8mes avec GPU NVIDIA est fourni (d'autres options d'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration seront disponibles ult\u00e9rieurement).<\/p>\n
