Ce mod\u00e8le RFC introduit une r\u00e9glementation stricte pour am\u00e9liorer la transparence, structurer le processus et passer \u00e0 une responsabilit\u00e9 collective pour la d\u00e9cision au lieu d'une responsabilit\u00e9 individuelle. Le mod\u00e8le bas\u00e9 sur les RFC sera appliqu\u00e9 pour sortir des situations d'impasse o\u00f9 il est impossible d'atteindre un consensus, pour l'approbation des modifications architecturales et des refontes majeures de l'interface, ainsi que pour l'approbation des changements globaux dans le projet touchant aux m\u00e9thodes de travail des participants ou au code de diff\u00e9rentes applications et sous-syst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tapes de promotion des RFC :\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Envoi au d\u00e9p\u00f4t GNOME\/rfcs du fichier RFC-XXXX-nom.md contenant une proposition structur\u00e9e et un lien vers la discussion.\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"l\"> Discussion de la proposition sur la plateforme Discourse avec des modifications apport\u00e9es en cours de route et int\u00e9gration des corrections dans le RFC.\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"l\"> Publication par les participants d'objections marqu\u00e9es par \u00ab **Preoccupation** \u00bb d\u00e9crivant d'\u00e9ventuels probl\u00e8mes ou proposant une autre solution. Si l'objection est soutenue par l'\u00e9diteur ou par l'un des participants concern\u00e9s, elle est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme obligatoire pour examen.\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"l\"> Examen des objections soulev\u00e9es, \u00e9laboration de mesures pour leur r\u00e9solution et int\u00e9gration des modifications dans le RFC.\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"l\"> Apr\u00e8s la fin de la discussion et l'examen des objections, une p\u00e9riode finale de commentaires de 14 jours (FCP, Final Comment Period) est d\u00e9clar\u00e9e, durant laquelle seules de nouvelles objections peuvent \u00eatre soulev\u00e9es.
