Le Service f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de supervision des communications, des technologies de l'information et des communications de masse (Roskomnadzor) a envoy\u00e9 aux propri\u00e9taires de dix services VPN des demandes de connexion au Syst\u00e8me f\u00e9d\u00e9ral d'information d'\u00c9tat (FGIS).<\/p>\n

Conform\u00e9ment aux lois en vigueur en Russie, les services VPN (ainsi que les anonymiseurs et les op\u00e9rateurs de moteurs de recherche) sont tenus de restreindre l'acc\u00e8s aux ressources internet interdites dans notre pays. Pour cela, les propri\u00e9taires de syst\u00e8mes VPN doivent se connecter au FGIS, qui contient la liste des sites interdits. Cependant, toutes les exigences mentionn\u00e9es ne sont pas respect\u00e9es par tous les services.<\/p>\n

Selon les informations, des notifications concernant la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de se connecter au FGIS ont \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9es \u00e0 NordVPN, Hide My Ass!, Hola VPN<\/a>, Openvpn, VyprVPN, ExpressVPN, TorGuard, IPVanish, Kaspersky Secure Connection et VPN Unlimited.<\/p>\n

\"Roskomnadzor<\/p>\n

Les services VPN ont 30 jours pour se conformer aux exigences. \u00ab En cas de non-respect des obligations l\u00e9gales, Roskomnadzor peut d\u00e9cider de restreindre l'acc\u00e8s au service VPN \u00bb, indique le communiqu\u00e9 de l'agence russe.<\/p>\n

En d'autres termes, si les services \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s ne se connectent pas au FGIS dans les d\u00e9lais impartis, ils peuvent \u00eatre bloqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Ajoutons qu'actuellement, les op\u00e9rateurs des moteurs de recherche \u00ab Yandex \u00bb, \u00ab Sputnik \u00bb, Mail.ru et Rambler sont connect\u00e9s au FGIS. Les exigences de connexion \u00e0 ce syst\u00e8me pour les services VPN et les anonymiseurs n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment adress\u00e9es. <\/p>\n
