Le 10 avril 2019, GitHub a supprim\u00e9 sans pr\u00e9avis le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de l'outil populaire GoodByeDPI<\/a>, con\u00e7u pour contourner les blocages gouvernementaux (censure) des sites Internet.<\/p>\n

Qu'est-ce que le DPI, comment est-il li\u00e9 aux blocages et pourquoi faut-il lutter contre cela (selon l'auteur) :<\/p>\n

Les fournisseurs de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de Russie, pour la plupart, utilisent des syst\u00e8mes d'analyse approfondie du trafic (DPI, Deep Packet Inspection) pour bloquer les sites figurant sur la liste des interdits. Il n'existe pas de norme unique pour le DPI, et il y a de nombreuses impl\u00e9mentations de diff\u00e9rents fournisseurs de solutions DPI, qui diff\u00e8rent par le type de connexion et le type de fonctionnement.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\nIl y a \u00e0 peine quelques jours, selon le cache de Google, le d\u00e9p\u00f4t semblait plus joyeux :<\/p>\n

On peut constater que presque 2000 personnes ont ajout\u00e9 l'outil \u00e0 leurs favoris, et 207 en ont fait des forks. Mais cela, c'\u00e9tait il y a trois jours, et maintenant \u2014 erreur 404.<\/p>\n

Voici comment l'auteur d\u00e9crivait la fonctionnalit\u00e9 de l'outil :<\/p>\n

GoodbyeDPI peut bloquer les paquets avec redirection provenant du DPI passif, remplacer Host par hoSt, supprimer l'espace entre le deux-points et la valeur de l'h\u00f4te dans l'en-t\u00eate Host, \u00ab fragmenter \u00bb les paquets HTTP et HTTPS (en \u00e9tablissant la taille de la fen\u00eatre TCP), et ajouter un espace suppl\u00e9mentaire entre la m\u00e9thode HTTP et le chemin. L'avantage de cette m\u00e9thode de contournement est qu'elle est totalement autonome : il n'y a pas d'ext\u00e9rieurs serveurs<\/a>, qui pourraient \u00eatre bloqu\u00e9s.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
