Malgr\u00e9 un grand int\u00e9r\u00eat pour ce poste, ils ne savent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas par o\u00f9 commencer ni sur quels domaines se concentrer.<\/p>\n<p>C'est pourquoi je vais \u00e9num\u00e9rer ci-dessous six domaines de connaissance qui, selon moi, sont les plus importants pour un chef de produit, ainsi que les sources correspondantes. If any terms are unclear, just Google them.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>4. Learn to make data-driven decisions<\/h2>\n<p>\nProduct managers do not write the actual product, but they play a crucial role in what significantly impacts the team's work \u2014 <i>making decisions<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>Decisions can be minor (increasing the height of a text field) or major (what the specifications of a new product prototype should be).<\/p>\n<p>In my experience, the simplest and most effective solutions have always been based on data analysis results (both qualitative and quantitative).
