Le projet est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par le registre de noms tch\u00e8que CZ.NIC, \u00e9crit en langage C et <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/CZ-NIC\/knot\">est distribu\u00e9<\/a><\/noindex> sous licence GPLv3. Le serveur se distingue par sa capacit\u00e9 de traitement des requ\u00eates \u00e0 haute performance, pour laquelle une impl\u00e9mentation multithreading, principalement non bloquante, est utilis\u00e9e, bien \u00e9volutive sur les syst\u00e8mes SMP. Il offre des fonctionnalit\u00e9s telles que l'ajout et la suppression de zones \u00e0 chaud, le transfert de zones entre serveurs, le DDNS (mises \u00e0 jour dynamiques), le NSID (RFC 5001), les extensions EDNS0 et DNSSEC (y compris NSEC3), et des restrictions sur l'intensit\u00e9 des r\u00e9ponses (RRL). <\/p>\n<p>Dans cette nouvelle version :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Le chargement automatique des enregistrements DS (Delegation of Signing) dans la zone DNS parente est assur\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 DDNS. Une option 'policy.ds-push' a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9e pour configurer l'envoi;\n<li class=\"l\"> En cas de probl\u00e8mes de connexion r\u00e9seau, les requ\u00eates IXFR entrantes ne<br \/>\nsont
