Et tout cela pourquoi ? Parce que les millennials (la nouvelle r\u00e9incarnation des enfants indigo) ne savent pas comment g\u00e9rer un blog eux-m\u00eames, et qu'il est difficile de rechercher sur Google.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 la discussion 'o\u00f9 va le monde', cet article a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9dig\u00e9 pour aborder le travail avec VMware.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"La virtualisation en images pour les enfants \u00e9toiles de neige\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/0b6a3cc94c0cce36764b70c8259adacf.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\n<noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" name=\"habracut\"><\/a><\/noindex><br \/>\n<b>Introduction au travail avec VMware et erreurs de d\u00e9butants<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nPour une raison qui m'\u00e9chappe, lorsqu'ils travaillent avec VMware, et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment avec ESXi et WS, les gens commencent \u00e0 discuter de th\u00e9orie, d\u00e9tach\u00e9e de la pratique. La th\u00e9orie inclut des discussions sur le type de hyperviseur (premier, deuxi\u00e8me, d\u00e9j\u00e0 pas le premier, mais pas encore le deuxi\u00e8me, pas vraiment un hyperviseur, etc.), et son influence sur la performance. Un exemple de cet article \u2014 <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/habr.com\/ru\/post\/467801\/\">voici<\/a><\/noindex>, cependant, dans l'article sur un sujet, ils ont oubli\u00e9 (Xen, Virtual PC), sur un autre, ils n'ont m\u00eame pas mentionn\u00e9 (Protection ring). <\/p>\n<p>La pratique est en fait assez \u00e9loign\u00e9e de cette partie th\u00e9orique et n\u00e9cessite, en premier lieu, une v\u00e9rification d'autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments.<\/p>\n<p>Donc, si vous vous retrouvez dans un travail o\u00f9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>il y a VMware ESXi, vCenter et beaucoup d'autres termes effrayants<\/li>\n<li>il n'y a pas de documentation, de logins, de mots de passe, de sauvegardes et pas grand-chose d'autre<\/li>\n<li>vous n'avez pas pu trouver un article sans \u00e9quivalent <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/habr.com\/ru\/post\/333910\/\">Les actions \u00e0 entreprendre en arrivant au travail \u2014 prise en charge, mise \u00e0 jour, documentation, audit<\/a><\/noindex><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nAlors vous avez seulement une semaine pour pr\u00e9parer le travail, et un week-end pour v\u00e9rifier les points suivants concernant VMware (sans consid\u00e9rer les sauvegardes, l'\u00e9tat des serveurs eux-m\u00eames, des disques, etc. \u2014 comme d\u00e9crit dans la magnifique <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/vmind.ru\/2019\/10\/11\/epic-fail-story\/\">article<\/a><\/noindex>.
