Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvert une vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 dans la commande Sudo (super user do) pour Linux. L'exploitation de cette vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 permet \u00e0 des utilisateurs non privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s ou \u00e0 des programmes d'ex\u00e9cuter des commandes avec les droits de superutilisateur. Il est \u00e0 noter que la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 concerne des syst\u00e8mes avec des configurations non standards et ne touche pas la plupart des serveurs fonctionnant sous Linux.<\/p>\n

\"Une<\/p>\n

La vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 se produit lorsque des configurations Sudo sont utilis\u00e9es, permettant d'ex\u00e9cuter des commandes au nom d'autres utilisateurs. De plus, Sudo peut \u00eatre configur\u00e9 d'une mani\u00e8re particuli\u00e8re, permettant l'ex\u00e9cution de commandes au nom d'autres utilisateurs, \u00e0 l'exception du superutilisateur. Pour cela, des ajustements doivent \u00eatre apport\u00e9s au fichier de configuration.<\/p>\n

Le c\u0153ur du probl\u00e8me r\u00e9side dans la mani\u00e8re dont Sudo traite les identifiants utilisateurs. Si vous entrez l'identifiant utilisateur -1 ou son \u00e9quivalent 4294967295 dans la ligne de commande, la commande ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec les droits de superutilisateur. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que ces identifiants utilisateurs ne figurent pas dans la base de donn\u00e9es des mots de passe, il ne sera pas n\u00e9cessaire de saisir un mot de passe pour ex\u00e9cuter la commande.<\/p>\n

Pour r\u00e9duire la probabilit\u00e9 de probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 cette vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9, il est recommand\u00e9 aux utilisateurs de mettre \u00e0 jour Sudo le plus rapidement possible vers la version 1.8.28 ou une version plus r\u00e9cente. Il est mentionn\u00e9 que dans la nouvelle version de Sudo, le param\u00e8tre -1 n'est plus utilis\u00e9 comme identifiant utilisateur. Cela signifie que les attaquants ne pourront pas exploiter cette vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9.  <\/p>\n
