Dans la branche exp\u00e9rimentale du noyau Linux, qui pr\u00e9pare la version 5.4, ajout\u00e9s<\/a><\/noindex> modifications<\/a><\/noindex>, des avertissements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mis concernant l'arr\u00eat imminent du support des syst\u00e8mes invit\u00e9s 32 bits fonctionnant en mode paravirtualisation sous l'hyperviseur Xen. Il est recommand\u00e9 aux utilisateurs de ces syst\u00e8mes de passer \u00e0 des noyaux 64 bits dans les environnements invit\u00e9s, ou d'utiliser, pour le d\u00e9marrage des environnements, des modes de virtualisation compl\u00e8te (HVM) ou combin\u00e9e (PVH) au lieu de la paravirtualisation (PV). <\/p>\n

Le mode PV est consid\u00e9r\u00e9<\/a><\/noindex> comme obsol\u00e8te et a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 par PVH, o\u00f9 les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de paravirtualisation (PV) sont limit\u00e9s \u00e0 l'entr\u00e9e\/sortie, au traitement des interruptions, \u00e0 l'organisation du d\u00e9marrage et \u00e0 l'interaction avec le mat\u00e9riel, tandis que la virtualisation compl\u00e8te (HVM) est utilis\u00e9e pour limiter les instructions privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es, l'isolation des appels syst\u00e8me et la virtualisation des tables de pages m\u00e9moire.
