Vous travaillerez sur un projet SRE, au plus pr\u00e8s des conditions r\u00e9elles.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Vous recevrez un projet complet et travaillerez en temps r\u00e9el avec. Vous ferez face \u00e0 une t\u00e2che typique de SRE : travailler avec un code inconnu, r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes de synchronisation de syst\u00e8mes distribu\u00e9s, et g\u00e9rer la communication avec vos coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Vous ferez face \u00e0 des pannes non triviales de syst\u00e8mes, tir\u00e9es de la vie r\u00e9elle. (J'entends parfois des intervenants dire : \u00ab Colleagues, je suis d\u00e9sol\u00e9, je ne pourrai pas me connecter aux r\u00e9unions ces deux prochains jours, mais j'ai un excellent cas pour notre programme \u00bb).<\/p>\n<p><noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" name=\"habracut\"><\/a><\/noindex><\/p>\n<p>Les incidents \u00e9volueront rapidement, sachant que chaque seconde repr\u00e9sente une perte de profit pour notre entreprise d'apprentissage.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Nous r\u00e9partirons les participants en \u00e9quipes. Chaque \u00e9quipe aura un mentor, l'un des intervenants du cours. Chaque \u00e9quipe est responsable de son backend. \u00c0 mesure que les incidents se d\u00e9veloppent, il faudra organiser le travail au sein de l'\u00e9quipe et interagir avec les autres \u00e9quipes. Nous jouons pour des points : les juges retireront et ajouteront des points pour que l'\u00e9quipe puisse voir \u00e0 quel point ses actions sont ad\u00e9quates et efficaces. \u00c0 la fin, nous annoncerons le gagnant.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s chaque incident, nous ferons un d\u00e9briefing, o\u00f9 nous identifierons et corrigerons les probl\u00e8mes syst\u00e9miques dans les processus. Les mentors veilleront au respect de la culture sans-bl\u00e2me des post-mortems. Dans notre r\u00e9gion, l'approche sans-bl\u00e2me n'est pas encore tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandue, pourtant c'est l'une des cl\u00e9s pour la mise en \u0153uvre de SRE et DevOps.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Nous visons \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser un changement de paradigme global en trois jours : vous apprendre \u00e0 penser comme un ing\u00e9nieur SRE et \u00e0 voir le projet comme un ing\u00e9nieur SRE.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Pour participer, vous aurez besoin d'un ordinateur portable, d'un casque et des connaissances de base en Kubernetes.
