Apr\u00e8s son approbation par le comit\u00e9 technique, la sp\u00e9cification ODF 1.3 a re\u00e7u le statut de \u00ab Committee Specification \u00bb, ce qui implique l'ach\u00e8vement complet des travaux, l'immutabilit\u00e9 future de la sp\u00e9cification et la pr\u00e9paration du document pour utilisation par des d\u00e9veloppeurs et des entreprises externes. La prochaine \u00e9tape sera l'approbation de la sp\u00e9cification pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e en tant que norme OASIS et ISO\/IEC.<\/p>\n<p>Les principales diff\u00e9rences d'OpenDocument 1.3 par rapport \u00e0 l'\u00e9dition pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente de la sp\u00e9cification incluent l'ajout de nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s pour s\u00e9curiser les documents, telles que la certification de document par une signature num\u00e9rique et le chiffrement du contenu \u00e0 l'aide de cl\u00e9s OpenPGP. Les sp\u00e9cifications incluent \u00e9galement des exigences pour l'organisation de la lecture, de l'\u00e9criture et du traitement de tels documents dans des applications. La norme ODF s'applique \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation, l'\u00e9dition, l'affichage, l'\u00e9change et l'archivage de documents qui peuvent \u00eatre des documents textuels, des pr\u00e9sentations, des feuilles de calcul, des mat\u00e9riaux graphiques raster, des dessins vectoriels, des diagrammes et d'autres types de contenu. <\/p>\n<p>Les sp\u00e9cifications se composent de quatre parties
