La modification P2P ajoute dans le client une impl\u00e9mentation de serveur et f\u00e9d\u00e9ration sans utilisation de DNS centralis\u00e9 via l'int\u00e9gration <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/libp2p.io\">libp2p<\/a>, qui est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9e dans <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/ipfs.io\">IPFS<\/a>. C'est la premi\u00e8re version du client qui conserve la session apr\u00e8s le rechargement de la page, mais dans les prochaines mises \u00e0 jour majeures (par exemple, 0.2.0), les donn\u00e9es seront n\u00e9anmoins supprim\u00e9es. Par cons\u00e9quent, il n'est pas recommand\u00e9 d'utiliser le client pour des choses importantes.<\/p>\n<p><\/noindex><\/p>\n<p>Le client impl\u00e9mente la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration, la cr\u00e9ation de salles et l'affichage d'un annuaire de salles global (sans serveur!).<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, le r\u00e9seau principal de Matrix, utilisant DNS, et le r\u00e9seau Matrix sur libp2p ne peuvent pas encore se f\u00e9d\u00e9rer et interagir l'un avec l'autre.<\/p>\n<p>Pour utiliser le client, il suffit d'appuyer sur le bouton de connexion, apr\u00e8s quoi vous recevrez un ID g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 dans le r\u00e9seau. L'exportation des donn\u00e9es n'est pas encore support\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Comme il s'agit d'une pr\u00e9sentation instable d'un concept potentiel, vous pourriez rencontrer des d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vous ne pourrez pas acc\u00e9der \u00e0 votre compte ou interagir avec d'autres clients si le serveur, ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 sous forme de Service Worker, est arr\u00eat\u00e9 par le navigateur apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9lai d'attente. Ce probl\u00e8me <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/bugzilla.mozilla.org\/show_bug.cgi?id=1378587\">a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 avec Firefox<\/a>, qui le fait apr\u00e8s 30 secondes d'inactivit\u00e9].<\/li>\n<li>Au niveau du r\u00e9seau libp2p, il existe des limitations sur le nombre d'actions ex\u00e9cut\u00e9es par un certain temps, ce qui peut entra\u00eener des probl\u00e8mes de f\u00e9d\u00e9ration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le d\u00e9but du travail sur la version P2P de Matrix est motiv\u00e9 par le d\u00e9sir des d\u00e9veloppeurs d'offrir plus de libert\u00e9 \u00e0 leurs utilisateurs. La d\u00e9connexion du serveur central facilite la communication au sein des r\u00e9seaux locaux et mesh, et en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, dans des conditions o\u00f9 l'acc\u00e8s au r\u00e9seau externe est limit\u00e9 ou inexistant. Cela a \u00e9galement un impact positif sur la confidentialit\u00e9, en minimisant les m\u00e9tadonn\u00e9es transf\u00e9r\u00e9es, qui dans ce sc\u00e9nario ne sont conserv\u00e9es que par les participants \u00e0 la conversation.
