Le syst\u00e8me est con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9soudre des t\u00e2ches telles que le fonctionnement du service d'assistance (help desk), la gestion des r\u00e9ponses aux demandes des clients (appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques, email), la coordination de la fourniture des services informatiques d'entreprise, et la gestion des demandes dans le service commercial et les services financiers. Le code d'OTOBO est \u00e9crit en Perl et <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/RotherOSS\/otobo\">est distribu\u00e9<\/a><\/noindex> sous licence GPLv3.<\/p>\n<p>Stefan Rother, aujourd'hui fondateur et directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Rother OSS, a rejoint OTRS GmbH (aujourd'hui OTRS AG) en 2004. En 2011, il a fond\u00e9 sa propre entreprise Rother OSS. En 2019, Rother OSS s'est concentr\u00e9 sur la fourniture de services commerciaux li\u00e9s aux options OTRS open source. En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie de publication modifi\u00e9e d'OTRS AG et au retard dans la publication de nouvelles versions de l'OTRS Community Edition, Rother OSS a commenc\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement du syst\u00e8me de tickets OTOBO (Open Ticket Ours Based Otrs) bas\u00e9 sur OTRS version 6. Le concept commercial d'OTOBO repose sur le soutien aux utilisateurs professionnels, leur conseil et leur formation. Pour l'installation <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/otobo.de\/en\/otobo-download\/\">disponible<\/a><\/noindex> en tant que paquet d'installation ou image Docker. Des services d'h\u00e9bergement sont \u00e9galement propos\u00e9s.
