Les conditions sign\u00e9es s'appliquent au code sous les licences GPLv2, LGPLv2 et LGPLv2.1 et sont enti\u00e8rement conformes aux conditions accept\u00e9es. <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=47399\">par les d\u00e9veloppeurs du noyau Linux<\/a><\/noindex>. <\/p>\n<p>La licence GPLv2 d\u00e9finit la possibilit\u00e9 de retrait imm\u00e9diat de la licence en cas de violation, entra\u00eenant la cessation de tous les droits du licenci\u00e9 accord\u00e9s par cette licence, ce qui permet d'interpr\u00e9ter le non-respect de la GPLv2 comme une violation de contrat pouvant donner lieu \u00e0 des compensations financi\u00e8res. Lors de l'application de nouvelles conditions, des compensations financi\u00e8res peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9clam\u00e9es devant le tribunal non pas imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9tection de
