Pour activer le nouveau JIT dans about:config, l'option \u00ab javascript.options.warp \u00bb est propos\u00e9e.<br \/>\nIl est \u00e0 noter que WarpBuilder n'est que la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape vers l'int\u00e9gration de nouvelles optimisations dans le navigateur, qui devraient \u00eatre mises en \u0153uvre au cours de l'ann\u00e9e prochaine.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau JIT permet d'augmenter les performances du moteur JavaScript SpiderMonkey gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction de l'information interne sur les types suivis dans le moteur, et \u00e0 l'application de la technique de mise en cache du code interm\u00e9diaire (CacheIR), pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=51727\">propos\u00e9e<\/a><\/noindex> dans l'interpr\u00e9teur de bytecode \u00ab baseline \u00bb, qui occupe un cr\u00e9neau interm\u00e9diaire entre un interpr\u00e9teur normal et un compilateur JIT anticip\u00e9. Les modifications apport\u00e9es ont permis de simplifier consid\u00e9rablement l'architecture JIT, d'am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9activit\u00e9, de r\u00e9duire le temps de chargement des pages et de diminuer la consommation de m\u00e9moire.<\/p>\n<p><noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/bugzilla.mozilla.org\/show_bug.cgi?id=1613592\">Il est not\u00e9<\/a><\/noindex>, ce qui a permis au nouveau JIT de r\u00e9soudre de nombreux probl\u00e8mes de l'ancien JIT IonBuilder, tels que :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> La complexit\u00e9 de l'impl\u00e9mentation et les risques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 potentiels ;\n<li class=\"l\"> Des charges suppl\u00e9mentaires pour le code Baseline\/C++ ;\n<li class=\"l\"> Une sp\u00e9cialisation excessive, entra\u00eenant des recompilations inutiles ;\n<li class=\"l\"> La cr\u00e9ation de code interm\u00e9diaire <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/wiki.mozilla.org\/IonMonkey\/MIR\">MIR<\/a><\/noindex>  (IR de niveau interm\u00e9diaire) dans le flux principal (dans WarpBuilder, l'assemblage principal du code interm\u00e9diaire est d\u00e9plac\u00e9 dans un flux s\u00e9par\u00e9);\n<li class=\"l\"> Une consommation excessive de m\u00e9moire pour stocker des donn\u00e9es sur les types et les groupes d'objets (ObjectGroups).\n<\/ul>\n<p>En moyenne, dans les tests \u00e9valuant les performances sur la base de m\u00e9triques visuelles, l'utilisation de WarpBuilder montre une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de 5 \u00e0 15%. La vitesse du test Speedometer a augment\u00e9 de 10%. Les tests sur des sites r\u00e9els ont montr\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction du temps de chargement de Google Docs de <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/mzl.la\/3cp6dAs\">20%<\/a><\/noindex>, l'indice <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/web.dev\/speed-index\/\">SpeedIndex<\/a><\/noindex> lors de l'ouverture de la section Android sur Reddit s'est am\u00e9lior\u00e9 de <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/mzl.la\/2RUWdp8\">13%<\/a><\/noindex>, pdfpaint fonctionne plus rapidement sur <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/mzl.la\/2HtXb9W\">18%<\/a><\/noindex>.
