Le 15 novembre, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Purism a commenc\u00e9 l'envoi des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones Librem-5 de la version pour la production de masse, cod\u00e9e sous le nom Evergreen.
L'envoi est divis\u00e9 en \u00e9tapes.<\/a> Dans un premier temps, les appareils seront exp\u00e9di\u00e9s aux pr\u00e9commandants. L'envoi aux clients ayant command\u00e9 plus tard est pr\u00e9vu pour le premier trimestre 2021.

\nEvergreen n'est pas la derni\u00e8re version du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. Une version Fir est pr\u00e9vue pour fin 2021, dont le principal changement sera un processeur fabriqu\u00e9 avec un processus technologique de 14 nm, ce qui am\u00e9liorera l'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de l'appareil (tableau comparatif des processeurs i.MX 8 en pdf<\/a>).
\nLe t\u00e9l\u00e9phone Librem-5 est con\u00e7u en mettant l'accent sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la confidentialit\u00e9. La principale caract\u00e9ristique du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone est ses 3 interrupteurs mat\u00e9riels : communication mobile, Wi-Fi + BlueTooth, cam\u00e9ra + microphone.
\nLe t\u00e9l\u00e9phone est livr\u00e9 avec un syst\u00e8me d'exploitation enti\u00e8rement libre, PureOS. Le bootloader n'est pas bloqu\u00e9 et permet d'installer d'autres distributions Linux ou d'autres syst\u00e8mes d'exploitation. Pour une utilisation compl\u00e8te de l'appareil, il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire de s'engager \u00e0 utiliser des services quelconques.<\/p>\n
