Projekt LibreSSL fokusira se na kvalitetnu podr\u0161ku SSL\/TLS protokola uz uklanjanje suvi\u0161ne funkcionalnosti, dodavanje dodatnih sredstava za\u0161tite te zna\u010dajnu \u010di\u0161\u0107enje i preradu koda. Izdanje LibreSSL 3.0.0 smatra se eksperimentalnim, u kojem se razvijaju mogu\u0107nosti koje \u0107e u\u0107i u sastav OpenBSD 6.6. Zna\u010dajna promjena broja verzije povezana je s kori\u0161tenjem decimalnog numeriranja (nakon 2.9 dolazi verzija 3.0).<\/p>\n<p>Osobine LibreSSL 3.0.0: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Zavr\u0161eno portiranje iz OpenSSL 1.1 strukture <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.openssl.org\/docs\/man1.0.2\/man3\/RSA_new_method.html\">RSA_METHOD<\/a><\/noindex>, koja omogu\u0107ava kori\u0161tenje razli\u010ditih implementacija funkcija za rad s RSA;\n<li class=\"l\"> A\u017eurirana je dokumentacija koja odra\u017eava prethodno nedokumentirane opcije i uklonjene nefunkcionalne opcije;\n<li class=\"l\"> Otklonjene su gre\u0161ke identificirane u testiranju alatom oss-fuzz;\n<li class=\"l\"> Rije\u0161eni su razli\u010diti problemi curenja informacija kroz alternativne kanale u implementacijama DSA i ECDSA;\n<li class=\"l\"> Na platformi Windows u alatu openssl uklju\u010dena je naredba &#171;speed&#187; i unesene su optimizacije performansi prilikom izgradnje u Visual
