Tokom istra\u017eivanja razvijene su otvorene implementacije protokola AWDL (Apple Wireless Direct Link) i tehnologije <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/AirDrop\">AirDrop<\/a><\/noindex>, \u010diji su detalji dobijeni rezultatima in\u017eenjeringa unazad.<\/p>\n<p> Implementacija AWDL je napisana na jeziku C i objavljena kao Linux aplikacija <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/seemoo-lab\/owl\">owl<\/a><\/noindex> (Otvorena be\u017ei\u010dna veza), koja koristi Netlink API za izvr\u0161avanje operacija specifi\u010dnih za Wi-Fi, poput promene kanala. Integracija sa mre\u017enim stekom se vr\u0161i putem virtuelnog mre\u017enog interfejsa, omogu\u0107avaju\u0107i aplikacijama sa podr\u0161kom za IPv6 kori\u0161\u0107enje protokola AWDL bez izmene koda. Rad je mogu\u0107 na mre\u017enim karticama koje podr\u017eavaju re\u017eim aktivnog nadgledanja, \u0161to omogu\u0107ava zamenu okvira (na primer, podr\u017eava se u Atheros AR9280).<\/p>\n<p>Protokol AWDL je osnovna tehnologija be\u017ei\u010dne interakcije Apple-a, koja se koristi za direktnu komunikaciju ure\u0111aja bez prethodnog pode\u0161avanja i uparivanja. Na bazi AWDL tako\u0111e funkcioni\u0161e servis AirDrop, koji omogu\u0107ava razmenu fajlova preko Wi-Fi i Bluetooth-a. Pripremljeni delovi AirDrop-a su napisani na jeziku Python i dostupni su u okviru projekta <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/seemoo-lab\/opendrop\">OpenDrop<\/a><\/noindex>. Kod owl i OpenDrop objavljen je pod GPLv3 licencom.<\/p>\n<p>OpenDrop pru\u017ea komandnu liniju koja omogu\u0107ava razmenu fajlova izme\u0111u ure\u0111aja putem Wi-Fi-a. Na nivou protokola, implementacija je potpuno kompatibilna sa Apple ure\u0111ajima, \u0161to omogu\u0107ava me\u0111usobnu interakciju sistema zasnovanih na Linux-u s ure\u0111ajima sa iOS i macOS. Mogu\u0107e je slati fajlove samo na Apple ure\u0111aje koji su u re\u017eimu neograni\u010denog otkrivanja od strane drugih korisnika, jer selektivno otkrivanje ure\u0111aja i slanje preko adresara
