Uglavnom europske organizacije migriraju s javnih obla\u010dnih sustava zbog uskla\u0111ivanja sa zahtjevima zakona GDPR i zbog pravnih problema uzrokovanih primjenom u SAD-u zakona <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/CLOUD_Act\">Cloud Act<\/a><\/noindex>, koji odre\u0111uje mjere pristupa pravosudnih tijela podacima korisnika u obla\u010dnim skladi\u0161tima koja pripadaju ameri\u010dkim kompanijama, neovisno o teritorialnom smje\u0161taju data centara (ve\u0107ina javnih obla\u010dnih platformi poduprta je ameri\u010dkim kompanijama). <\/p>\n<p>Nextcloud omogu\u0107ava postavljanje potpuno funkcionalnog obla\u010dnog skladi\u0161ta u vlastitoj mre\u017ei s podr\u0161kom za sinkronizaciju i razmjenu podataka, kao i nudi prate\u0107e funkcije kao \u0161to su alati za zajedni\u010dko ure\u0111ivanje dokumenata, vo\u0111enje video konferencija, razmjenu poruka i, po\u010dev\u0161i od ovog izdanja, integraciju funkcija za kreiranje decentralizirane dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee. Uvo\u0111enjem vlastitih obla\u010dnih sustava na bazi Nextcloud trenutno se bave Ministarstvo unutarnjih poslova Francuske, Savezna vlada Njema\u010dke, Ministarstvo obrazovanja Nizozemske i vladine institucije \u0160vedske. <\/p>\n<p>Ministarstvo unutarnjih poslova Francuske je u procesu uvo\u0111enja rje\u0161enja na bazi Nextcloud, koje \u0107e se mo\u0107i skalirati do 300 tisu\u0107a korisnika i koristiti za sigurnu razmjenu datoteka i organizaciju zajedni\u010dkog ure\u0111ivanja dokumenata. U agenciji za socijalno osiguranje \u0160vedske, platforma Nextcloud se koristi za organizaciju sustava razmjene poruka i skladi\u0161ta datoteka s podr\u0161kom za end-to-end \u0161ifriranje.
