Postavka \u0107e omogu\u0107iti proizvo\u0111a\u010dima ugra\u0111enih mobilnih preglednika koji koriste motor temeljen na GeckoView, po potrebi, prema zadanim postavkama onemogu\u0107iti pristup about:config, a korisnicima vratiti mogu\u0107nost kori\u0161tenja.<\/p>\n<p>Mogu\u0107nost onemogu\u0107avanja pristupa about:config <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/mozilla.github.io\/geckoview\/javadoc\/mozilla-central\/org\/mozilla\/geckoview\/doc-files\/CHANGELOG\">dodana<\/a><\/noindex> u kodnu bazu izdanja Firefox 71, \u010dije je pu\u0161tanje planirano za 3. prosinca. Razmatra se pitanje <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/mozilla-mobile\/fenix\/issues\/5529\">isklju\u010divanje<\/a><\/noindex> prema zadanim postavkama about:config u nekim varijantama mobilnog preglednika Fenix (Firefox Preview), koji nastavlja razvoj Firefox-a za Android. Ipak, za upravljanje pristupom about:config u Fenixu  <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/bugzilla.mozilla.org\/show_bug.cgi?id=1540065#c17\">dodana<\/a><\/noindex> postavka aboutConfigEnabled, koja omogu\u0107uje, po potrebi, vra\u0107anje about:config.<\/p>\n<p>Kao razlog za \u017eelju da se ograni\u010di pristup about:config spominje se situacija kada je u Fennecu (stari Firefox za Android) nepa\u017eljivim menjanjem about:config lako moglo do\u0107i do neispravnog stanja preglednika. Prema mi\u0161ljenju inicijatora promene, korisnicima ne treba davati pristup nesigurnim metodama menjanja parametara Gecko motora. Kao opcije su tako\u0111e predlo\u017eene blokade opasnih postavki putem uvo\u0111enja belog spiska dostupnih parametara za promenu ili dodavanje nove sekcije \"about:features\" za upravljanje
