Kod projekta napisan je u programskom jeziku C i <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/rfjakob\/earlyoom\">distribuira se<\/a><\/noindex> pod MIT licencom.<\/p>\n<p>Ako je koli\u010dina dostupne memorije ispod zadane vrijednosti, earlyoom prisilno (slanjem SIGTERM ili SIGKILL) zavr\u0161ava proces koji najvi\u0161e tro\u0161i memoriju (s najve\u0107om vrijedno\u0161\u0107u \/proc\/*\/oom_score), ne dovediv\u0161i stanje sustava do \u010di\u0161\u0107enja sistemskih bafera i ometanja rada swapanja (OOM (Out Of Memory) upravlja\u010d u jezgru se aktivira kada stanje nedostatka memorije ve\u0107 dostigne kriti\u010dne razine i obi\u010dno u tom trenutku sustav ve\u0107 ne reagira na korisni\u010dke radnje).<\/p>\n<p>Earlyoom podr\u017eava slanje obavijesti o prisilno zavr\u0161enim procesima na radnu povr\u0161inu (pomo\u0107u notify-send), kao i mogu\u0107nost definiranja pravila u kojima se pomo\u0107u regularnih izraza mogu odrediti imena procesa \u010dije zavr\u0161avanje je po\u017eeljno (opcija &#171;&#8212;prefer&#187;) ili \u010dije se zaustavljanje treba izbje\u0107i (opcija &#171;&#8212;avoid&#187;). <\/p>\n<p>Glavne <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/rfjakob\/earlyoom#changelog\">promjene<\/a><\/noindex> u novom izdanju: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Zahvaljuju\u0107i <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lazy_loading\">odgotovljeno u\u010ditavanje<\/a><\/noindex> atributima procesa, logika odabira procesa za zavr\u0161avanje ubrzana je za 50%;\n<li class=\"l\"> Osigurano je bilje\u017eenje UID-a zavr\u0161avanog procesa, uz PID i ime procesa;\n<li class=\"l\"> Dodano je osvjetljavanje debug loga svijetlo sivoj boji;\n<li class=\"l\"> O\u010distili smo kod;\n<li class=\"l\"> Ako je mogu\u0107e, kori\u0161teno je deklariranje lokalnih varijabli za blokove;\n<li class=\"l\"> Dodana je postavka PATH_LEN za zamjenu ugra\u0111ene vrijednosti veli\u010dine bafera;\n<li class=\"l\"> Osiguran je pokretanje cppcheck-a, ukoliko je prisutan;\n<li class=\"l\"> Dodana je testna funkcionalnost &#171;make bench&#187;;\n<li class=\"l\"> Pro\u0161iren je skup testova (make test);\n<li class=\"l\"> Implementirano je poni\u0161tavanje privilegija root u unit datoteci systemd earlyoom.service.
