Tvrtka Cloudflare pokrenula<\/a><\/noindex> web stranicu isBGPSafeYet.com<\/a><\/noindex>, osmi\u0161ljen da skrene pa\u017enju na problem provale neto\u010dnih BGP ruta i mogu\u0107nost izvo\u0111enja napada preusmjeravanjem prometa putem BGP protokola. Stranica omogu\u0107ava provjeru primjene tehnologije filtriranja neto\u010dnih ruta od strane providera i ocjenu implementacije podr\u0161ke za RPKI. <\/p>\n

Mnogi operatori ostaju neza\u0161ti\u0107eni od primanja BGP najava podmre\u017ea s la\u017enim informacijama o duljini rute, \u0161to usmjerava tranzitni promet preko tre\u0107ih providera. Sve vi\u0161e se javljaju slu\u010dajevi kori\u0161tenja BGP-a za napade, gdje napada\u010di putem kompromitacije infrastrukture providera organiziraju preusmjeravanje i presretanje prometa radi zamjene odre\u0111enih stranica kroz organizaciju MiTM napada za zamjenu DNS odgovora. <\/p>\n

Rje\u0161enje problema je implementacija sustava autorizacije BGP najava temeljenog na RPKI (Resource Public Key Infrastructure), koji omogu\u0107ava utvr\u0111ivanje dolazi li BGP najava od vlasnika mre\u017ee ili ne. Kori\u0161tenjem RPKI za autonomne sustave i IP adrese gradi se lanac povjerenja od IANA do regionalnih registrar (RIR-ova), a zatim do providera (LIR) i krajnjih korisnika, \u0161to omogu\u0107ava tre\u0107im stranama da potvrde da je operacija s resursom izvr\u0161ena od strane njegovog vlasnika. Na\u017ealost, unato\u010d problemima, RPKI se zasad ne primjenjuje ve\u0107inom providera. Nova usluga Cloudflare omogu\u0107ava pra\u0107enje problemati\u010dnih operatora i skretanje javne pa\u017enje na njih.
