Regolith se oslanja na tehnologije upravljanja sesijama GNOME i upravitelja prozora <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/i3wm.org\/\">i3<\/a><\/noindex>. Radovi projekta <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/regolith-linux\">distribuiraju se<\/a><\/noindex> pod GPLv3 licencom. Za preuzimanje <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/regolith-linux.org\/download\/\">pripremljen<\/a><\/noindex> kao gotov <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/regolith-linux\/regolith-desktop\/releases\/tag\/R1.4\">iso-slika<\/a><\/noindex> Ubuntu 20.04 sa unaprijed instaliranim Regolithom, kao i <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.net\/~regolith-linux\">PPA repozitoriji<\/a><\/noindex> za Ubuntu 18.04 i 20.04.<\/p>\n<p>Projekt se prezentira kao moderno radno okru\u017eenje, razvijeno za br\u017ee izvr\u0161avanje uobi\u010dajenih zadataka putem optimizacije radnih procesa i uklanjanja vi\u0161ka nereda. Cilj je pru\u017eiti funkcionalno, ali minimalisti\u010dko su\u010delje koje se mo\u017ee prilagoditi i pro\u0161iriti prema korisnikovim preferencijama. Traka je izgra\u0111ena pomo\u0107u i3bara, dok se za pokretanje automatizacijskih skripti koristi i3xrocks temeljen na i3blocks.\n<li class=\"l\"> Upravljanje sesijama temelji se na upravitelju sesija iz gnome-flashback i gdm3. Radovi GNOME Flashback tako\u0111er su kori\u0161teni za pojednostavljenje upravljanja sustavom, prilagodbu su\u010delja, automatsko montiranje ure\u0111aja, upravljanje vezom s be\u017ei\u010dnim mre\u017eama. Popis aplikacija mo\u017ee se pregledati u bilo kojem trenutku pomo\u0107u tipkovne kombinacije super+space.
