November 6, after six months of development, the release of the simple and highly reliable distributed cross-platform system 2.25 took place configurációs kezelés Fossil SCM, which is written in C and uses SQLite as the storage database.
To expand capabilities it's possible to compile with built-in TCL support.
In addition to the version control system, fossil repositories can optionally contain a forum, wiki, bug tracker, and chat – all in a single sqlite file!
The ability to import both full and incremental (into an existing .fossil file) git and subversion repositories is supported:
$ cd lorsource $ git fast-export --all | fossil import --git lorsource.fossil

- command fossil ui / now even works for repositories with non-ASCII file names;

- in case-insensitive file systems, file names are now stored in the preferred case of the file system, not in the case entered by the user;

- the command fossil tag options have been added to list tag values;

- support for Unix sockets has been added to the command; server usage of Windows root certificates managed by the operating system is required (OpenSSL 3.2.0 or higher is needed);
- taking into account Unicode characters with zero and double width when formatting timeline output in the console;
- the SQLite code has been updated to version 3.47.0 in the source codes. The official build is linked with OpenSSL 3.4.0;
- numerous small fixes and additions.
