AI által támogatott változtatások áttekintésére szolgáló javaslatgyűjtemény a Linux kernel és a systemd esetében

Chris Mason, a creator and maintainer of the Btrfs file system, has published the project review-prompts, which includes a collection of scripts and prompts for configuring the review process of changes in the Linux kernel and the system manager systemd, using AI assistants such as Claude Code. The package includes files to clarify the features of various subsystems and protocols, allowing the AI assistant to better understand the context during review, debugging, and verification of changes.

Templates and checklists are also provided to identify and classify common errors (examples for dbus and the network subsystem) and instructions for generating automated reports through AI. After reviewing the patches, the output is a file review-inline.txt, formatted as an email template for sending to the kernel developers' mailing list.

It is noted that many false positives in change analysis through AI are caused by a misunderstanding of the specific codebase, and the published prompts aim to provide the AI with the necessary information to make correct decisions. Currently, the false positive rate when using the proposed set is approximately 10%.
