A RedHat developer announced the release of a new version of Flatpak 1.3.2 aimed at developers.
Flatpak is a utility for deploying, managing packages, and virtualization for Linux.
Version 1.3.2 contains significant changes and is based on the unstable branch 1.3. Notably, starting with Flatpak 1.3.2, the user file system FUSE relies on the user writing directly to it, and files can be directly imported into the system repository without any additional copy operations.
A stable version 1.4 based on this major change is planned for release by the end of the year.
